Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Transfer Work Zone! We are committed to ensuring that your DTF transfer orders arrive promptly and safely. Below you will find all the details about our shipping process, including rates, delivery times, and tracking information.
Shipping Method
We exclusively use UPS (United Parcel Service) for all shipping services. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, it will be shipped via one of the following UPS services, depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days from the time of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times may vary based on order volume or during peak periods (such as holidays), but we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You can view the shipping charges at checkout before confirming your order. For large or bulk orders, we may contact you with a custom shipping quote.
Estimated Delivery Times
- UPS Ground: Typically 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days.
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, holiday delays, or UPS service disruptions.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the UPS website (www.ups.com).
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship to US addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at twzstudioinovations@gmail.com or in chat. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue. Please note that once your order is in UPS’s possession, it becomes their responsibility, but we will assist you in any way possible to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check the shipping address provided during checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible to correct it before your order is shipped.
Shipping Holidays
UPS does not deliver on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Orders placed just before or during these holidays may experience delays in processing and shipping.
