A gang sheet is a specific sheet size or printing area with multiple logos or art files within that area. The logos can be multiples of the same art or different art files. The gang sheet is what you upload your artwork to. To have it printed out.

a client/ customer should first have a design that they have created to submit in acceptable print format. All grammar and colors should be reviewed before submitting the design. We are not responsible for you final submitted design. but we will try to catch errors. however, errors are not always caught and are responsibility of the client, Please check the background is removed properly before submitting. Checking for proper transparency (if submitting with white background that will be printed. Make sure you can see grey boxes where you don't want the background). upload you design to the Gang sheet builder.

we print & ship your orders buy 6:30 pm next business day. Depending on the current demand, waiting time is usually around 1-3 business days to print. However, we work hard to get your orders shipped out the next business day.

Your DTF Transfer orders come with Free shipping insurance.

Please note: that the insurance company usually requires photos and other documentation to process a claim. We need photos of damaged items before able to submit a claim for you. Please provide these within an hour of your delivery. So we can act swiftly to claim damage. Include a photo of damaged box &/or damaged transfers.

Unfortunately, we can only re-ship your order with the same shipping speed as the damaged order. & you will need to cover the extra costs if you need your transfers faster to meet dead lines. We apologize in advance for any damage created by the shipping company. Rest assured, in our experience this doesn't happen often.

Although printing errors are unavoidable & can happen, we stand by our service and guarantee that we will replace bad prints. All you have to do is email twzstudioinnovations@gmail.com and we will make sure to take care of you. Your case will be reviewed by submission of photos and determined for re-print.
