• Add you're cropped and transparent background files to the gang sheet builder by clicking the upload images button ( near top left corner or center of screen).
• Select amount of images required and preview. Then select apply. The uploader will then show the virtual gang sheet.
• Once uploaded you're files can be moved around and duplicated.
• Do not stretch or resize raster files within the gang sheet builder ( this will result in pixelated and/or semi-transparent edges that causes subpar printing with white edges and is not ideal). Add a threshold in design program that removes all semi-transparent pixels before uploading and don't stretch raster files within the builder. Be careful not to resize a raster image within the builder.
• Don't let your print files overlap.
• Check the the resolution line that each design's resolution line box should be green which means resolution line meets requirements of 300DPI.
• If you run out of space on the gang sheet, select a larger sized gang sheet in the size drop down menu top left of gang sheet builder. Note, selecting a larger sheet size will increase price.
• Use setting tab on left hand side to enable visual aid.
• Auto nest button (top right) will auto nest designs with correct spacing.
• Save and add files to cart.
• In cart you can preview and edit files.

Its not recommended to change size, brightness, or contrast within in the builder. Instead, do these changes in design program before uploading work.

When selecting a new size in the builder its important to make sure you are selecting the correct film type (cold or hot peel). In cart please make sure you have proper film type selected before checkout.
