At TRANSFER WORK ZONE, we take pride in producing high-quality, custom-printed DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers tailored to your unique specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases where items are damaged during shipping.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
- The item must be damaged during shipping.
- The wrong item was sent.
- The damage must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery.
- Photographic evidence of the damage must be submitted for review.
2. Reporting Damaged Items
To report a damaged item and request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at twzstudioinnovations@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
- Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
3. Processing Refunds
- After receiving and reviewing the photographic evidence, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, the following items are non-refundable:
- Custom-printed DTF transfers (unless damaged during shipping)
